Wild catch fisheries around Australia are managed and regulated by the Commonwealth Department of Agriculture and State Governments Departments of Primary Industries and Fisheries to ensure the highest standards in the world for sustainable harvesting and bio security for the sixty-eight key species or species groups (which include in addition to Finfish, Molluscs, Crustaceans) found in these fisheries. 

We source our purchases of Australian fresh produce from reliable suppliers who are in compliance with the regulations currently in force. We are HACCP accredited wholesalers with HACCP approved food safety plans for production storage and transportation of seafood. 

We are audited regularly for compliance with food safety standards and our customers can be certain that we will provide them with produce that is of the best quality and is safe to eat.
